EyeCare Partners Completes Acquisition of Cavanaugh Eye Center and Stiles Eyecare Excellence

Nation’s leading clinically integrated network of ophthalmologists and optometrists expands patient care network in Overland Park, Kansas

ST. LOUIS (Dec. 13, 2021) – Today EyeCare Partners (ECP), the nation’s leading clinically integrated network of ophthalmology and optometry providers, announced the successful completion of transactions with two ophthalmology practices in Overland Park, Kansas – Cavanaugh Eye Center (CEC) and Stiles Eyecare Excellence (SEE). With these transactions, ECP bolsters patient accessibility to nationally recognized doctors dedicated to serving vision needs throughout the continuum of care.

The additions of CEC and SEE strengthen ECP’s national medical group with the addition of six industry-leading doctors. The ECP network gains four clinical centers and one ambulatory surgical center, Deer Creek Surgery Center, in the greater Kansas City area, increasing patient access to dedicated providers for their eye care needs at every stage of life.
