As Division President of Optometry at EyeCare Partners (ECP), Sarah Wells is responsible for leading the company’s national network of optometry practices toward the mission to enhance vision, advance eye care, and improve lives. Sarah has an extensive understanding of day-to-day operations and practices in ECP optometric offices, and her favorite part of her role is visiting ECP practices.

Sarah began her career at Clarkson Eyecare and ECP over 20 years ago, and during that time she has developed an in-depth understanding of eye care and a sincere compassion for the company and the people. StartingHer career started in an entry-level position, Sarah then worked her way up; performing at some point every administrative position in the Optometric offices at Clarkson Eyecare in the St. Louis area. She then moved into multiple management roles, each with accelerating levels of responsibility.

Sarah holds an undergraduate degree in communication science from Truman State University in Missouri.

She and her husband have a son and two labrador retrievers. As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities, staying active and spending time at the lake.
