Billy Parsons is Chief Human Resources Officer for EyeCare Partners (ECP). He leads the development and execution of Human Resources (HR) priorities to support the objectives and strategic direction of the organization. Since joining ECP, Billy’s goals revolve around shaping a workplace culture that reflects the company’s core values, ensuring a positive and inclusive employee experience for all team members.

He brings more than 25 years of HR experience. He began his career at Sears, Roebuck and Co., where he honed his skills in change management, learning & development, and HR analytics. Afterwards, he spent the next 15 years in various healthcare organizations including U.S. Dermatology Partners and multiple hospital systems in the Dallas area prior to relocating to St. Louis, Missouri.

Billy holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management and is a U.S. Navy submarine veteran. He holds industry certifications in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). He brings a compassionate approach to leadership and dedication to both professional and personal growth.

Billy maintains a healthy lifestyle through regular workouts, builds and plays custom gaming PCs, and enjoys exploring new places. He and his wife share a love for travel and adventure. Together, they have five adult children.
